Installation d'Alfen Eve Single S-line
First, inspect the current installation. The electrical cable and all data cables must come from the electrical panel (TGBT).
Then, check and unpack the contents which include 4 plates, a bottom plate, as well as an Eve Single pole, the fixing material and the Eve Single S-Line.
(The Eve Single S-Line can also be installed on a rural assembly).
Installation of the pole
Regarding the installation of Eve Single metal base, assemble the base plates, knock firmly on the base plates to put them in place.Put the bottom plates in place, dig a hole about 50x50 cm and 60 cm deep.
Regarding the installation of the Cinger pole, put the metal base upside down, pass the power and communication cables through the metal base, place the metal base firmly in the hole.
Make sure the metal base is 1 cm below the ground surface.
Use the spirit level to level the metal base.
Use tape to cover the bolt holes.
Fill the hole, stuff and level.
The edges of the metal base should remain exposed. Remove the tape.
Route the communication and power cables through the Eve Single pole.
Place the Eve Single pole on the metal base with the post facing the user, use 2 washers for the bolts.
Use the bolts to secure the Eve Single pole to the metal base.
Cut the power cable to the desired length. Make sure the cable is long enough to connect to the charging station.
Mark the cable (mark at 7.5 cm). Save enough insulation for the cable gland to seal the power cable.
Remove the outer sheath and remove the iron sheath.
Do not cut the ground wire. Remove the inner sheaths from the cable and wrap the ground wire with yellow/green tape.
Preparation of charging stations
To prepare the charging stations, place the station on a soft surface and remove the rural mounting plate. Remove the front cover. Unscrew the front bracket with a Torx 20 screwdriver.
Disconnect the front bracket and remove it. Remove the seal from the data cable(s) and cut it.
Regarding the terminal installation, pull the power cable into the housing. Make sure the power cable can be sealed by the cable gland. Pull the data cable into the housing for 30 cm. Attach the unit to the Eve Single pole.
Place an M8 lock washer on the bolts and secure the housing to the Eve Single pole with the M8 nuts.
Connections eléctriques
Reliez le fil de terre jaune/vert au boulon en bas à droite. Fixez le fil jaune/vert avec les écrous M8 et serrez l'écrou M32 du presse-étoupe.
Câble de données
Placez le joint sur le câble de données Ethernet et scellez correctement l'entrée du câble de données. Mettez des embouts sur les fils souples. Préparez le câble de données pour la connexion au compteur intelligent. Retirez 5 cm d'isolation du câble de données.
Il existe plusieurs options pour le câble de données :
- Pas de connexion au réseau ou au compteur intelligent
- Uniquement connexion au réseau
- Uniquement connexion au compteur intelligent
- Connexion au réseau et au compteur intelligent.
En cas de connexion au compteur (D)SMR 4.X ou plus, retirez les paires de fil vert et orange du câble de données. Défaites les paires torsadées du câble. Mettez les 4 fils dans le bon ordre et coupez les paires à la bonne longueur. Insérez les 4 fils fermement dans le connecteur Rj11/Rj45.
Remarque : L'isolation se trouve également dans le connecteur.
Pincez le connecteur avec l'outil à sertir. Placez le connecteur Rj11 dans la prise Rj11 et fixez les fils aux borniers de raccordement. Assurez-vous que tous les câbles sont bien raccordés en tirant légèrement sur les câbles.
Placez le support avant et connectez les câbles. Fixer les fils de la prise aux borniers de raccordement. Fixez le support avant avec 3 vis Torx 20.
Finition de l´installation
Placez le capot avant avec 6 boulons Torx 20.
