The photovoltaic self-consumption on the roof is a project, which is called "Turnkey" (EPC) of self-consumption, through the installation of photovoltaic panels to improve energy efficiency and contribute to the sustainability of an industrial building , a ship, a building...
Aid for self-consumption
The Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (Miteco) has increased by 505 million euros the aid to encourage self-consumption and energy storage with renewables.
The eligible amount amounts to €600 per kWp installed . Thanks to these aids, if you get them, you can save up to 40% - 50% of the price of the installation.
Technical project
The technical project, and the application for subsidies, can be carried out by SpotiCharge, a specialist in renewables for the energy transition of the Valencian company SpotiEnergy, which includes the design, construction and maintenance of photovoltaic plants that cover a large number of high efficiency solar panels from 455 W to 700 W on the industrial roof of a building, being perfectly integrated into the architecture of the plant.
As an example, a rooftop photovoltaic installation will guarantee an annual energy production of 960,000 kWh, with a planned peak power of 750 kWp. Providing 9.24% of the energy self-consumption of the plant or building, thanks to the commitment to renewable and sustainable energy, allowing the reduction of the carbon footprint and avoiding the emission of 780 tons of CO2 per year into the atmosphere. Factors that can be monitored in real time for optimal management of the photovoltaic installation under the self-consumption regime without surpluses under RD 244/2019.
